Sleep Deprived?

Love this tip:  If you find yourself lying awake in bed, adjust your thinking: resign yourself to the fact you can’t sleep, so you’ll just lay here and be comfortable, cozy and warm.  It may just take the burden off sleep and you’ll be out like a light.
