Wealth – What of it?
Statistics show we live in a high income area but with very little wealth. How would you define wealth? You can make great money but if you don’t have the time or the health to spend it where you want most – is that wealth? If you have to ask, “Can I afford this”… is that truly wealth? Many would say that if you have a roof over your head, food on the table and clothes to wear – you’re more fortunate then most and I would agree. But is that wealth? And should we simply be in “OK” mode? You can’t help others, you can’t serve others if you are living paycheck to paycheck, just surviving. Even Jesus commands that we live fully and give, be good stewards and multiply what he has given, that to whom has been trusted much much is requested. How much are you able to give today? To do today? To live today? Are you really where you want to be? If so – keep doing what you’re doing! If not – It is never too late… you can make a decision today to do something different if you are not where you want to be. Simply decide and seek out those that have already achieved what you desire and ask them how they did it.
